 Einreichung von Abstracts

Deadline for the abstract submission will be May 30th 2024 (at 23:59 CET). All authors will be notified about the submission of the abstract. After the review all authors will be advised of their abstract status by June 30th (at 23:59 CET) and if modifications are requested. Acceptance of the revised abstract  will be possible by email until July 10th 2024 (at 23:59 CET). All accepted (if necessary revised) abstracts will be included in the Abstract book to be available in congress material.

  • Abstracts must be written in the English language
  • Abstracts in French or German must have also the English version.
  • The number of authors is not limited per abstract, but only one could be  main author or presenter.
  • A person can be presenting author for a maximum of two abstracts. There is no limit to the number of abstracts submitted as co-author.
  • Once submitted abstracts cannot be updated with new data.
  • Abstracts shell be submitted via an online submission system.
  • If you are submitting more than one abstract you must repeat the whole process for each abstract.
  • An e-mail address is compulsory in order to receive information about the submitted abstract.
  • Submitters must choose the Thematic areas (Tracks) in which they wish to present their abstract at the time of submission.
  • The abstract cannot be longer than 500 words (excluding title, authors and affiliations).
  • The submitted abstracts will be under review process.
    After that, all the abstract submitters will be communicated whether their abstracts are accepted.
  • The submitted abstract should be written in sentence case, not in capital or lower case, not bolded.
  • The submitted abstract shall contain the following information:
    • AUTHORS: Full names and surnames of all authors
    • AFFILIATION: Institutions and country
    • TITLE
    • CONTENTS
    • Up to 5 keywords
  • In order for an accepted abstract to be included in the Congress program and Abstract book, at least a presenter must be registered for the 46th ISHP Congress.
