Possible Presentation Formats:

All abstracts should be submitted on the Congress platform. The deadline for abstract submission is May 30th, 2024 (at 23:59 CET). Notification of acceptance will be sent via email to authors who submitted their abstracts by June 30, 2024.

Abstracts for which the registration fee has not been paid will not be accepted for the congress. Registration for the Congress should be done through the online registration system. Access and participation in the Congress are allowed only after the registration fee has been paid, without exceptions. If payment is not received by the deadline, a late fee will be automatically charged. Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered valid until fully paid.

Papers can be presented in English, French, German or Serbian. All abstracts must be written in English, as well as in the presentation language (if the original is not already in English).

Instructions for Writing an Abstract:

The abstract should be concise and clear and should not exceed 500 words, excluding the title, author names, and affiliations. The text should be typed with single spacing using a font size of 12 and Arial font. Set margins to 2.5 cm on all sides. Below the end of the abstract, list up to five keywords in alphabetical order, separated by commas.
