REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

Extended Deadline for Early Bird Fee registration is May 15th (23:59 CET).

Full Registration for participants who are ISHP members:

Early registration (01.03.- 30. 04. 2024. (23:59 CET)) 400 €

Regular registration (01.05 – 15.07.2024. (23:59 CET)) 500 €

Late registration (after 16.07.2024.) 560 €

Students and researchers up to 28 years old – 200 € (Proof of status is required)

One-day registration – 190 €

Full and Student registration fees include:

  • Access to scientific sessions, exhibition and posters
  • Congress bag with complete meeting materials
  • Attendance certificate
  • Coffee breaks and lunches according to the schedule of the program
  • Opening Ceremonies session and Welcome Reception, September 4th
  • The International Academy Ceremonial Session and Reception , September 5th
  • Closing of the Congress, September 7th
Half-day excursion will be offered with additional compensation.

Abstracts for which the registration fee has not been paid will not be accepted for the congress. Access to and participation in the Congress is permitted only after payment of the registration fee.  If your payment is not received before the deadline, a higher fee will automatically be charged later. An unpaid, or only partially paid registration will not be considered valid until it has been paid in full.

PAYMENT AND ISSUANCE OF INVOICE

All fees must be paid in EUR (€), by bank transfer. Always include the participant’s full name in the payment details when sending payments by bank transfer. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, the Congress Secretariat will confirm your participation. An invoice in the amount of the paid amount will be issued based on the details provided during registration (be sure to fill out the form with the exact requested data for invoicing).

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation on or before June 15th 2024 (23:59 CEST), the registration fee will be refunded minus a 10% administration fee. In case of cancellation between June 16th and August 15th 2024 (23:59 CEST), the registration fee will be refunded minus a 50% administration fee. From August 16th 2024 (00:00 CEST), the registration fee, including additional sessions and social events, will not be refunded. Cancellation shoud be notified in writing to the Organizational Secreteriat XXXXXXX.  Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the convention. In case of non-attendance at the congress, the fees will not be refunded. All registrations are strictly personal: name substitutions or changes are not possible, except with the approval and written permission of the original participant, along with the full contact details of the replacing participant.

 

UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO HOLD IT

In case of force majeure, ISHP2024 reserves the right to modify or cancel the Congress without prior notice, however information regarding the event will be given as soon as reasonably possible. Force majeure refers to any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of ISHP2024 that prevents or interferes with the holding of the Congress, including, but not limited to, government action, war or hostilities, riots or civil unrest, plague or other epidemics such as SARS, bird flu etc., earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire or other natural disaster, explosion, accident of breakdown, stike, lack of common means of transportation or terrorism.

ISHP24 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, costs or other inconveniences or expences caused by such change or cancellation of the Congress. Furthermore, registration fees will not be refunded.
